The Dollar Index started recovering from the low of 100.828 on February 2 and hit a 2-weeks high at 104.688 on February 15. Since then, it has been struggling to trade higher with the best effort at 104.680 last night in New York session.

It is very likely we may see further losses ahead, If so, a 100% extension of 104.688 to 103.758 from 104.608 is at 103.678. This level is also located just above the 50% retracement of 102.498 to 104.688 at 103.593.
